Last week I made my annual pilgrimage to Las Vegas to attend the Exhibitor 2012 Conference. While there, I always try to check out what’s going on at the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art (they have an amazing exhibition right now: Claude Monet: Impressions of Light). On my way to the Gallery I passed through the famous Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and was pleasantly surprised by a dazzling array of Asian splendor.
The 2012 Chinese New Year display was a blast, complete with animatronic dragons, giant incense burners, children made of flowers, lanterns galore, and fountains.
I’m probably one of the few people in the world who has ever openly said to another staff member, “QUICK- find out every thing you can about animatronic dragons.” I’m glad to know they exist!
